About the programme

An intensive for senior managers, finance directors and owners who need systematic control over the tax risk of the company. It covers the criteria by which the tax service selects companies for on-site audits, how the pre-audit analysis works, and the legal tools for defending against unlawful charges.

Modules

The criteria for scheduled and unscheduled audits. Automatic analysis of discrepancies across invoices, consignment notes and cash-register data. Transactions with counterparties and proving a deal was real.
What an inspector may demand and what they may not. Inspection of premises, seizure of documents, questioning of witnesses. Preparing the staff for it.
The usual mistakes in audit reports, procedural and substantive. Appeal to the higher tax authority before court. The practice of the administrative courts.
