About the programme

A practical course for accountants who want to grow into the chief accountant role, and for specialists who need to bring their knowledge up to date with the latest changes in Kyrgyz fiscal law for 2025 and 2026.

Classes are built around one end-to-end case: from entering the first operations and setting the accounting policy to producing returns for the single tax, profit tax and VAT automatically. Students get hands-on practice in the current tax service systems: the taxpayer cabinet, electronic invoices and electronic consignment notes.

Modules

The structure of the tax code, the rights and duties of a taxpayer. The general regime against the single tax. What differs in trade, services, manufacturing and the IT sector.
Working in the taxpayer cabinet. Issuing, cancelling and correcting electronic invoices. Consignment notes, moving stock and the usual errors when balances disagree.
What VAT is charged on, the tax base and how input VAT is credited. Adjusting taxable turnover. Income and deductions for profit tax. The return forms.
Income tax withheld at source and the scale of contributions. Payments to non-residents and under works agreements. Holiday pay and sick leave. The payroll return.
Posting a quarter of operations step by step. Checking that the cost and revenue accounts close correctly. The final assignment and the certificates.

What clients say

★★★★★
I took the course after five years as an ordinary accountant. The value is in the end-to-end case: you post a whole quarter yourself, from primary documents to the returns, and you see where you used to work mechanically. Two months after the course I moved into the chief accountant role.
